Kelly Morgan, MPH, is a seasoned public health leader with over a decade of experience spanning strategic sales leadership, community health innovation, and recovery management. Formerly serving as the Recovery Management Program Director for the State of Delaware, Kelly led statewide initiatives to combat the opioid crisis through impactful recovery programming and collaborative stakeholder engagement.
Her career reflects a deep commitment to breaking cycles of trauma, improving health equity, and empowering underserved populations. In her prior role as an Area Business Director, she successfully led the launch of a novel gastroenterology product, bringing together analytical acumen and a strategic approach to provider engagement and technical assistance. She now serves as a Field Access and Reimbursement Manager at Ardelyx, working at the intersection of healthcare systems, patient access, and policy impact.
As a board member of What Is Your Voice, Inc., Kelly brings a trauma-informed, systems-aware perspective fueled by purpose and compassion. Her life’s mission is clear: to elevate survivor voices, advance healing-centered care, and ensure that every person and family touched by violence finds the support they need to thrive.
