Pam McCutcheon

Community Relations

Pam brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to community service. She
was recently honored as the Rehoboth Beach Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce 2025
Volunteer of the Year, continues to serve as an Ambassador for the Bethany
Beach/Fenwick Island Chamber of Commerce, Treasurer for Justin’s Beach House in
Bethany, and is an active member of the Lewes, Georgetown, and Millsboro Chambers of
Commerce.

Pam, through her banking career, has been very supportive of What is Your Voice, Inc.
since 2019. “My passion is creating supportive communities where women can thrive. I am
honored to help advance the mission of What Is Your Voice, Inc. in bringing hope and
healing to survivors.”
